    `Pak Cyber army' hacks Kerala LSG department website

    Thiruvananthapuram: A message in a social networking site posted by `Pakistan Cyber Army' had warned Kerala that it would attack all important government websites. The cyber army intensified its attack on Saturday by hacking some more websites, including local self governance department. Though IT security sections were able to control the hackers while it attempted to penetrate into more than 40 websites. Earlier, a message had warned attack on New Year's eve. The state was able to prevent the same with the help of CERT-K (Computer Emergency Response Team) which was formed for the purpose. Then there was no move reported after that. Again on Saturday they attacked the website www.isg.kerala.gov.in. The site was re-established again on Monday.

    The lower level websites of Pakistan government was hacked in the beginning of December. A hacker group in the name of `Indian Cyber Army' was behind this, it was reported. The Pakistan Cyber Army was formed as a counter attack system. The identity has not been traced. The internet security division was not able to find the source of the attack as they had hacked it with fake servers in Canada, Taiwan, Thailand and Pakistan.
